Finance and Audit Committee

The Finance and Audit Committee is responsible for:

• overseeing the company's financial performance
• internal control and risk management arrangements

The Committee reviews and advises the Board on the financial position of the organisation, through its monitoring of the annual budget. The Committee also ensures that suitable arrangements are in place to secure value for money in the use of our resources.
