Neighbourhoods Committee

The Neighbourhoods Committee is responsible for:

• overseeing the company's engagement with customers
• analysis and recommendations relating to the outcome of customer feedback
• customer insight
• performance in relation to allocations and lettings
• rent collection and managing and supporting tenancies.

It is also responsible for overseeing plans and strategies that relate to the repairs and voids contract; decent homes contracts and programmes; gas servicing and annual repairs and painting programmes.
