Benchmarking is a process we use to compare our performance with other Arms Length Management Organisations (ALMOs).

It allows us to see those areas of our service where we are performing below the level of our fellow ALMOs.  We can then contact these organisations to compare the ways they provide services and find out how ours can be improved.  

We  carry out our own satisfaction surveys and compare the results with similar organisations.  The latest results show that our customers are really happy with the services we provide, giving us better than average scores for all questions.

Dale & Valley Homes is also a member of Housemark, a national benchmarking company.  Together with other ALMOs we supply performance information to Housemark on a quarterly basis. 

Housemark Value for Money Dashboard
