Performance Indicators & Reports
Performance indicators are measures that we use to show how we are progressing.
Examples of these are how much rent we collect and how quickly we carry out repairs. We have set targets for each indicator that we measure based upon previous performance, and the performance of other high achieving Arms Length Management Organisations (ALMOs).
If we manage our performance effectively we can:
-
recognise where we are performing well
-
recognise where we are not performing well
-
make changes to ensure we are delivering excellent services to our customers
We monitor our performance regularly and always try to improve in areas which are not achieving their target. Performance is monitored and reported in the following ways:
- Executive management team - on a monthly basis.
- Board - on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Neighbourhoods Committee - on a quarterly basis.
- Customers - on a quarterly basis to the Wear Valley Customer Panel, every six months through our Dale Mail magazine, and via the company website.
- Durham County Council - on a quarterly basis.
