Customer Satisfaction by Diversity
Information on Customer Satisfaction by Diversity
Dale & Valley Homes has a statutory duty under the Commission for Racial Equality code of practice for racial equality in housing to test our services against 9 themes around housing. Our procedures have been externally assessed and we meet the Commission for Racial Equality code of practice. The nine themes are:
-
governance and the role of governing bodies
-
new & improved housing
-
sales & lettings
-
housing advice & homelessness
-
neighbourhood regeneration & integration
-
tenancy & housing management
-
racial harassment & anti-social behaviour
-
contractors & procurement
-
involvement of tenants & residents
The satisfaction of black and minority ethnic customers with our service in all these areas is monitored and we change things where needed. At Dale & Valley Homes we test all our satisfaction surveys for satisfaction across the following groups: race; disability; gender; age; sexual orientation; religion and/or belief.
These findings are reported to our board 6-monthly and can be found at the left of this page.
