You can let us know what you think is good about our services and also what you think could be improved. You comments can be made formally or informally.

You can make a comment about our services by;

• completing the online complaints, compliments, comments and suggestions form
• completing the complaints, compliments, comments and suggestions booklet
• phoning any of our staff
• emailing any of our staff
