How you can be involved with Wear Valley Customer Panel

Wear Valley Customer Panel is at the core of Dale & Valley Homes' strategy for developing and improving services. 

The customer panel is made up of representatives from residents associations and individual customer representatives from across the district. It is a formally constituted group. 

The panel meets with staff from Dale & Valley Homes on the first Tuesday of every month.  Members are updated on changes in legislation and are consulted on all new or amended policies and procedures before they are submitted to board.  This ensures board members are fully aware of customers' views and carefully consider them before making a decision.

The customer panel also works with Dale & Valley Homes in many vital roles such as procurement of services and recruiting members for the customer involvement service.
