About the charge
There is a weekly charge of £3 for a small garden, £4.80 for a medium sized garden and £6.50 for a larger garden, which is additional to your rent payment and collected at the same time.
A seperate hedge trimming only service costs £1 per week and covers three, one hour visits per year.
The charge is collected over 49 weeks per year.
If your garden is badly overgrown we will clear the garden and charge you a one off fee before starting the weekly charge. We will let you know what the one off fee will be before carrying out the work.
