About your neighbourhood officers

In each area we have properties there is a designated neighbourhood officer.

Your Neighbourhood Officers are here to help you with advice and guidance on any tenancy related matters. They also ensure that  neighbourhoods are well maintained, clean and tidy by working in partnership with other agencies i.e Durham County Council.


They develop strong working relationship with other organisations which encourages and sustains community involvement.

They work closely with the other teams within the Company for example, Repairs, Tenancy Enforcement Team and Housing Operations Team.


Dale & Valley Homes carries out regular neighbourhood inspections and would welcome your attendance or views in identifying and achieving environmental improvements.
