Severe weather arrangements

Due to the severe weather conditions we have had to restrict our repairs service and reduce opening times. Please bear with us during this difficult time.
We are working with our partners to ensure properties remain wind and watertight and that no-one is without heating or water.
When reporting repairs please inform us of any vulnerable people in the property - for example the elderly, young children and the disabled.
Please be patient as we endeavour to help you in these difficult conditions.
Staff in our call centre will help you as best they can but they are operating with fewer people because staff are finding it difficult to get into work. We would appreciate it if you contact them only when absolutely necessary.
Our office hours are reduced at the moment - our headquarters will be open from 9am to 4pm.
Estate inspections will be cancelled until further notice.
